About the Role
As a Creative, you're not just a product expert—you’re a teacher, mentor, and storyteller. You guide customers in learning how to use Apple products through Today at Apple sessions, personalized support, and inspiring interactions. Your goal is to create memorable learning experiences and empower customers to get the most from the Apple ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions that inspire customer participation and creativity.
- Host and lead public events that highlight how Apple products can be integrated into customers’ daily lives.
- Support customers in setting up their devices and getting started with Apple’s ecosystem.
- Use internal resources to help customers expand their skills and knowledge.
- Recommend relevant Apple products or services to meet customer needs and drive ownership.
- Provide on-floor and off-floor support to customers as needed.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive store culture through open-mindedness and curiosity.
Minimum Requirements
- Available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per business needs.
- Reliable attendance in line with Apple and local employment policies.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or other customer-focused roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teach, facilitate or present confidently to live audiences of varying sizes and learning styles.
- Adapt your teaching style to suit individual and group learning needs.
- Communicate the value of the Apple ecosystem clearly and enthusiastically.
